Coffee is the most important drink for Canadians, and Tim Hortons is the place where sells it. I love Tim Hortons as well. However, I don't like the coffee, but the steeped tea.
I used to drink tea every day in China. I love the bitter taste of the tea, because it can keep me awake and after the bitter taste has gone, I can feel the endless incense from the tea.
I never add sugar and cream to the tea, not until I know the Tim Hortons. The first time when the staff asked me if I want to add some sugar or cream, I decided to have a try. However, I found that the taste was so different. The tea with sugar and cream is gentler and smoother. I began to love that taste. Now, whenever I pass the Tim Hortons, I will go to have a large cup of steeped tea with double sugar and double cream.

My lovely piggies
I love
pigs.
This is
a long story which can be traced back to the time when I was only one year old.
One day, I went to shopping with my parents in my stroller. Suddenly I saw a
huge piggy toy laying in the basket which was filled with monkey toys. I cried
for it, but my parents didn't agree to buy. About one week later, when we went
back that supermarket again, I saw that lovely piggy toy again. This time I
started crying for it until my parents agree to bring it back to home. That is
how I meet with the first pig in my life.
When I was in the elementary school, I played all day and always
got a terrible mark for my exams. Then, I would certainly be punched by my
parents, especially by my mother. So the piggy became the only friend of mine.
He was willing to listen to my complaint and he always showed a smiling face to
me. I slept with him every single night. You can never imagine how comfortable
it is. It’s like hugging a huge dough.
From then on, I started to collect different kinds of piggy toys.
Now I have already got over 20 piggies, in all sizes and colors. I really appreciate
them. Though they are not living thing, they are alive in my mind. I’ll certainly
keep this hobby and make my piggy collection more completed.

My housekeeper: Ms. Wang
Ms. Wang is the housekeeper employed by my family. She has been working for my family since I was in the elementary school. She's a little fat, short lady, but she is hard-working and operates herself efficiently. She is always smiling, and gives us a great sense of humor. She works every weekdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Her main work is to maintain the house and cook dinner for us. She always gets the best quality food materials with the least money. We trust her a lot and we are like a big family.
My parents begin their work early in the morning and finish at 6 p.m. every single day. So the supper becomes a big problem. If they start getting back home at 6, arriving at 7, and then begin cooking, I'll probably be extremely hungry at that moment. However, Ms. Wang has solved this issue perfectly. She comes in 3 O'clock, do the clean first, and then she cook dinner. In my memory, she never absents or being late for work, even if it's raining heavily outside or there is a storm approaching. She uses her action to teach me that only the people who obey the rules can earn respect . And that's why she is one of the most important teacher because she teaches me the importance of realize the promise.
The floor of my house is made of woods. They need to be maintained and the gaps between each plank always contain litters. Every week, Mr. Wang waxes the floor and cleans the gaps with sticks patiently. It's not a small cabin, and it really cost energy and time to do those massive works. Her concentration and focus have shown me that you can only get trust when you doing your best.
My parents require her to keep the house clean, never asking her to do clean-up every day. But she does the sweeping and mopping everyday. She always says that the floor is not perfectly clean. Sometimes she even does dangerous cleaning such as clean the outside of the windows (my family live on the fifth floor of a building), which my parents don't wish her to do so. When I was young in the elementary school, she even picks me up with no reward every weekdays. It's Mr. Wang who teaches me that only work more beyond ask can earn you honor.
Although Mr. Wang is not good at doing maths, physics or something like that, she is knowledgeable in her own field: cooking. It seems that she knows every thing about food on the world. She knows you might be poisoned if you eat tofu together with crabs. She knows the vitamins which are contained in the vegetables. Sometimes one of my family number get sick, she prepares special meals for us. Her knowledge tells me what ever work you are doing, being a specialist can leads you to success.
I left her one year ago and I'm studying in Canada right now. I missed her food a lot. Perhaps I won't have any opportunities to taste the dinner made by her again. However, she will still stay in my mind and she's absolutely one of the most unforgettable person I grateful for.
